Scheduled
We have a planned service maintenance for Traps management service in Americas and Europe scheduled for March 24, 2019 from 06:30AM UTC to 12:30PM UTC.
We expect the maintenance window to be closed for up to 6 hours in Americas and Europe. During this maintenance window, access to the Traps management service console will be unavailable. Existing Traps agents will continue to function normally with all local capabilities available including Local Analysis, anti-exploitation and local detection capabilities, and Behavioral Threat Protection (Traps 6.0), all providing enforcement based on the last security policy received.
The following capabilities will be unavailable during the upgrade window:
- Newly deployed Traps agent(s) will not be able to register (including new VDI instances). Once the service resumes – newly deployed agents will automatically register.
- Wildfire will be unavailable to Traps agents. Verdicts for processes and scans performed during the upgrade window will be queued and sent once the upgrade completes.
- It will not be possible to login to TMS or make any changes to the security policy during this time.
- Security events that happen on the agents will be reported to the Traps management service console once the upgrade completes.
