Remediation for customers is complete. If users are experiencing authentication failures or timeouts, please reach out to the TAC. We are continuing to work on a software fix and until the fix is rolled out, the auto-remediation framework will continue to remediate the issue

Some customers using Prisma Access (PA) may be experiencing user authentication failures and timeouts if the customers are using user id based policies. The PA team is actively troubleshooting it. We appreciate our customers' patience as we are working through this.
