We have experienced issues with Traps management service in Americas on October 19, 2018 from 3:45AM UTC to 12:35PM UTC. During this time Traps agents connecting to Traps management service in Americas experienced connectivity issues . We have identified that RDS (database component) was causing Traps agents requests to timeout. We have now resolved the issue where agents experienced connectivity issues to Traps management service in Americas.
