Investigating

Azure East US 2, South Central US & West US 3 Resource Manager impacting CNGFW services. Customers may experience intermittent service unavailability, degraded performance, or delays in on creating firewall where Public IP is needed.
It would not impact already created Firewall resources.

Ongoing Actions: Our engineering team is working closely with the Azure team.
