Investigating
Description: The Prisma Access Engineering team is currently investigating an issue that is specifically affecting new tenant onboardings. The problem was first identified on April 24 at 8 AM UTC.
Impact: Existing customer instances are not experiencing any data plane interruptions at this time. At the same time, existing customers can continue to deploy new SPNs as well.
Actions: We are actively working to identify the root cause of the issue and implement necessary fixes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
