We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our signature delivery infrastructure specifically serving the US West region.

During this window, there will be a brief period of approximately 60 minutes where signature updates may be delayed for customers in this region.

Customer Impact: A brief delay in the continuous (24/7) delivery of malware prevention signatures to US West region Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) and Prisma Access customers. All other regions remain unaffected.
