We have completed our investigation regarding the incident. Our assessment confirms that all Advanced DNS Security regional and global endpoints maintained full operational capacity throughout the duration of the cloud provider incident, with our service infrastructure exhibiting no direct disruptions. However, we acknowledge that customers may have experienced connectivity challenges due to dependencies on the cloud provider's network infrastructure between 06-12-2025, 11:46 PDT and 06-12-2025, 15:16 PDT. Our engineering teams continue to maintain enhanced monitoring to ensure optimal service performance. Update

We are continuing to investigate the cloud provider incident affecting Advanced DNS Security. Based on our initial review, all Advanced DNS Security regional and global endpoints are currently operational and serving customer requests as expected.
