We are experiencing a service degradation within the cloud provider that can potentially affect new instance onboardings and autoscaling within US West. This issue can also affect some of the observability metrics within Prisma Access Insights and within the Strata Cloud Manager. We are working very closely with the cloud provider to address this issue.
