Prisma Access is currently experiencing an issue on mobile users gateway auto-scaling, new onboarding and dataplane upgrades. We are actively working on this issue and will provide another update by August 2nd 06:00 UTC with further details.

Customer Impact
Some mobile users may experience unstable connectivity to Prisma Access due to auto-scaling failures. This degradation may impact new onboarding and dataplane upgrades scheduled at the time of this incident.
The data plane traffic across the existing instances is NOT affected.

Workaround
Users can try connecting to other regions.
