Monitoring - For customers encountering challenges while accessing specific sites with decryption enabled and upon receiving "decrypt-unsupport-param" logs, particularly when using Google Chrome browser version 124 and higher, we suggest trying the following steps:

Issue Identification: The observed difficulties may arise from Kyber Support integrated by Chrome for the TLS 1.3 version.

Chrome Flags Configuration: Please review the configuration settings in Chrome Flags. This can be done by navigating to "chrome://flags/#enable-tls13-kyber" and examining the setup.

Disabling the Option: We encourage you to consider disabling the Kyber Support option and then relaunching the browser to assess if it resolves the issue.

We'll be upgrading Strata Cloud Manager tenants in phases, and will notify you with an in-product announcement when your tenant is scheduled for an upgrade. There's no impact to your network traffic, but during the upgrade window, you won't be able to make configuration changes using the Manage and Workflows menus. Investigating - Starting March 1, 2023, a minimum Cloud Services version of 3.2 plugin will be required to successfully commit to your Prisma Access instances. Commits from earlier versions of the plugin will not be successful.

If an upgrade of the plugin is required for your Prisma Access deployment, be sure to leverage the plugin upgrade path listed in the 3.2 Release Notes, the Changes to Default Behavior for 3.2, and the supported Panorama versions for each Cloud Services plugin version.

While a minimum version of 3.2 will be required, Palo Alto Networks strongly recommends that you upgrade to the latest plugin as soon as it is available to download. If your Prisma Access dataplane version is 10.0.8 or later, ensure the Panorama version meets the 3.2 plugin requirement before upgrading the plugin. To check your dataplane version, select Panorama > Cloud Services > Configuration > Service Setup and check the Dataplane PAN-OS Version. If your dataplane requires an upgrade, reach out to your Palo Alto Networks account representative and submit a request.

Update - The SRE team has identified the issue and deployed a fix. As of April 9 07:00 AM UTC, new SC or RN deployments were no longer blocked. The next step involves rolling out the fix to the gateway instances affected by this issue.

Specifically, an emergency dataplane upgrade will be performed for one of the instances in the affected regions of Italy, Jordan, Kenya and/or Monaco on April 9th at 21:00 UTC.
You will be notified about when the upgrade begins and when the upgrade ends.
These dataplane upgrades ensures that new gateway deployments or autoscales in the above regions are thereafter successful.
